All sales are final (Final Sale).

We do not accept requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preference, except in the following cases:

The product received does not match the order (incorrect item shipped).

If you receive a product with the aforementioned issues, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide your order number and relevant photos for our review.
